cx 8 valve to 16 valve head swap

I need to know if a 16 valve head will work on an 8 valve cx hatch. I heard the pistons will slap the valves???

You have to check if you have 4-valve relief piston..Pm3's..

yes it has those on the pistons. Someone still told me after the fact that it wouldn't work
