If you see This on Ebay, will you think it's a 4-1 JDM header?

I sold this to a Guy who offered the Buy now price outside eBay...
after receiving the Header, He thought it is a JDM 4-1 header.
now he wants the $ back....
do you think it is my mistake of not saying USDM header?
but I do say that this is from my 2000 ACURA integra type r, not Honda.
and my Location is clearly Stated there and it doesn't say: JAPAN anywhere.

You werent very specific, but you also didnt say it was JDM anywhere....

Why should he have to go through the hassle of allowing a refund when it was the buyer's fault for not being 100% certain of the purchase.

I'm selling mine locally and same thing happened before money was exchanged
Him, Oh this isn't a stainless header
Me, No it states on the for sale sheet it is the stock exhaust manifold from a 00 ITR
Him, oh they didn't come with the same as the JDM cars
Me, No not for $100 they didn't
Worst part is he is part owner of a "import perfromance" shop in the area

Give him his money back, but he has to pay the shipping costs; not you. That is fair. You should have mentioned USDM. Plus, it's only $100, like it's going to kill you or something?
I am thinking of returning the $, but then if he pays shipping, it's $100 going back and forth already. I mean, it's not worthed. UPS is the one making $$..
I'll try to resolve the matter with him.
