How can I tell if an 99-00 Si lip is real?

 

it should have a honda logo, i would think. why buying it off someone?

Yeah. Where would it be, underside of it?

there are really no Good si replicas...i can tell just from looking at it...if your planning to buy one...look for the tabs on the bottom of the lip with holes which bolts up the bottom pieace of the bumper...there should be i think 9 of them...the replicas shouldn't have the tabs...heres a pic of my old si lip i cracked...

 

the tabs, specifically the two metal tabs are probably the easiest way to tell. that and the fact of whether or not it fits...

 

It should say honda on the inside left part of the lip.

yep...look for that too...
