it is really strong and probbaly unfit to drive with the fumes they are really bad!

if its a gas line just wondering how much that would cost to repair roughly?!

or if it is something else that is located there how much that would fix to cost?!

It would appear to be leaking from one of the few fuel lines you have there. As far as price to repair, which is my LEAST favorite question a customer asks me without being able to see the car. It could be 100 dollars or 1000 dollars, it depends what part is actually bad. Take it to a repair facility, I do not suggest driving it.

Yeh, please dont try driving it, unless you want to raise your chances of being on the 6p.m. news.
