their website is based on a premise that wrong. Its says that crappy anti-rust products change their names which could be true, then they go on to say that they tested against the best anti-rust products. It would be rediculous for the best company to change their name.
Based on that alone, and the way the site looks I would say its prolly some smoke and mirrors, but it can't hurt to try if thats what you want.
I think the best rust protection is living in AZ
