hey when my engine is cold in my car which is a 94 civic ex d16z6. i have to crank on the thing for awhile for it to start.

like crank so long then stop then crank a couple more times then it will start up. it does it when ever. when i have a full tank it will do it.

but it doesnt do it everytime like sometimes it will start up but not always does this sound like an starter or ignition problem/

 

if it was the starter, they usually don't crank when you try. you will usually here just a clicking noise.
