Here's my situation.

I drove to Temple, Texas a litle while ago. About 20 minutes into the drive my car starts feeling like it's loosing power, like it kind of wants to stall out and does this for a few seconds while it struggles to keep on the throttle then returns to normal. This occured in 1-3 minute intervals for the rest of the trip (about 10 miles). I drove continually at about 70mph the whole way, and it did it even when I slowed down and went into town. After I stopped the car and shut it off, it stopped. For some reason on the trip back home, it didn't do it at all. I have noticed that this is the second time it has occured, going on the exact same road at the same speed around the same point, but again it doesn't do this on the trip back. It also doesn't do this under normal driving, just on the highway and once in a blue moon. Does anybody have any ideas as to what could be the cause of this? It is not the plugs or wires. The car is a 92 Civic Hatchback. It has a japanese D15B with Intake-Header-Exhaust and is running a P08 Ecu. More details will be provided upon request.
