Default so apparently 600's are slow or something....

for any newbie that thinks 600's are slow.... here's a stock 06 636 top speed run. actual speed is probably around 166 or so based off of what people have said from dyno testing. Btw this isn't me

hmmm 600s suck down low (below 8,000 rpms)

they are certainly not SLOW, compaired to most 1000's they are very competitive. Any good rider on a 600 can keep up with most guys that ride 1000's.

Which reminds me I gotta do my sprockets tomorrow.

theres no doubting their top speed/top end power

my gripe is daily driving power, i.e. power aroudn town without risking losing your liscense

sure in the twisties its fine, but most of us ride to the twisties

i say track bike= 600, street bike = 900ish for experienced riders

Just get in front Joe! Then let your tankbag fall off. Better than slick-shoes!

Maybe its my sprocket change and whatnot. But I can accelerate anything off the line, or anything else VERY easily around town.
