Honestly, I think this person is a dumbass. They probably got tricked into thinking this was an Si and got stuck with the car. There is no point in trying to replicate the car if the engine is not swapped.

i know who that is.
he bought his EX when they first came out and regretted it because he wanted an si but it didnt work out so now hes trying to make his ex like an Si.
i think hes done a pretty good job.

Seriously. Rims, spoiler, and grill are fine minus the Si badges, that's just horrible.

I traded my Si trunk lid & spoiler to this guy.
( i like the EX spoiler better ).
Anyway he's done a beautiful job with his car .
Everything was done with Skill & TLC .
Some people just like the Si looks along with
some of the EX's up side ( EX= cheaper insurance, much better mpg )
Not my cup of tea , but i can see people
wanting his version of the Civic .

Don't hate on this guy. I think his car came out pretty awesome for all the work that he has done to it. Also, he might not have been able to wait 3-4 months to get an si. I was fortunate enough to have a beater to drive until my si came in. I just have one quick question for those "hating." What about all the si guys trying to make their cars look like EXs? Isn't that the same idea? They advertise that they have an EX, but don't have the MPG to back it up. Just a little food for thought.
You know you guys should really think about what you are saying! He has done nothing wrong! He is not trying to get over on anybody. Hes got his car for sale and is very forthright about what he did. I think it looks really good. BTW its his car he can do whatever he wants with it. Oppinions are like buttholes... everyones got one. Unfortunately some people talk through theirs. Dont hate... congratulate. I think his car looks nice!

1: I believe we all semi-agree, hes done a good job by making it look good.
2. I think it sucks, because hes pushing his car to LOOK like something, that its far from being. By placing the Si badges on it, he is presenting the fact that hes trying to make people think its an Si.
3. At least he didnt go so far as putting the i-VTEC DOHC labels on it.

I think this last statement sums it all up.
