If I was you, I'd find a local forum, or ask around. If you see someone with a clean car, bullshit and get aquainted. Honda-tech is kind of big, and these threads often get slept on.
Another option if you want to keep it in the Honda-tech community is to look in the classifieds/regional/nyc. See if anyone is selling there car, pm them and ask them where they get their work done.
