Default Tach problems, not working. Wiring?

Installed a 91 Si tach in my 91 Std Civ. Both are civs, both are hatches. The wiring I believe is correct. I pulled it apart to hook in an 88 cluster, said expletive it, and re-wired it back. Installed the 91 Si cluster, and everything works except my Tach. Did I miss something, or is there something else I need to install?

Feel free to troubleshoot and guess. I check the helms manual and it didn't show anything at all for a cluster. Period. Nothing.

Thanks.
