nrg quick release products?
do these come with instructions? and what are those silver plates that are included used for? also what is that silver ring used for thanks I am kinda confused.

killing what? I am just curious cause I am not entirely sure why they give two of those grounding spacers. And it is good to read instructions cause doing stuff on the fly doesnt always turn out right
