Nice 1995 Honda Prelude VTEC on Cape Cod, MA
Reason for selling: I will be leaving the country at the end of august for over a year. It is going to be more viable for me to sell the car before I leave than to keep it in storage, and I would rather see another enthusiast deriving pleasure out of it that seeing it sit.
The Car:
1995 Honda Prelude VTEC

5 Spd Manual
Factory H22A1
Mechanics:
The car is mechanically perfect. Runs, idles, shifts, and rides great. Timing belt done at Honda at 60k miles. New valve adjustment and 4 wheel alignment at Honda. Tranny and clutch fine. Clutch is original, I would guess a replacement will be needed by 100k, no current issues. Recent parts include a Greddy Stainless header, brand new cat convertor, Apex'i World Sport 2 exhaust. Older motegi MR7 16" wheels with <5k rubber (Cooper Zeon 2XS). Original sawblades in fair shape with older snows included. Race Concepts drilled rotors w/ Axxis ULT ceramic pads all around. Running Mobil 1 w/ OEM S2000 filter. Everything in great shape, car has run Premium fuel its whole life. Passed MA inspection/emmision no problem.
Interior:
Interior is in good shape. Full leather interior great, except drivers seat, which is ripped. Carpet, dash, console, door panels all very nice. Original factory tint in good shape. Upgraded audio system, Kenwood components in front, Kenwood 3-ways in rear, Panasonic CD/MP3 deck w/ OEL display. Rockford Fosgate 200watt amp with 10" Fosgate Sub in trunk. Balanced, crisp sound all around. Trunk is fine, jack tools donut all present. Blower motor is broken, needs replacemnt. $250 at dealership part+labor. Cruise, sunroof, windows, locks all fine.
Body:
Body is in decent shape. Some small dings and scratches as can be expected. Paint is 11 years old, has seen better days, but looks great from 20 feet. Minimal rust on sunroof and tiny bubble on drivers rear 1/4. Rear bumper cover was backed into, is dented, bang it out or replace cover. Glass in good shape. Factory spoiler w/led in mint shape. all lights fine.
Overall this rare car is in great shape. Some paint would make this car like new. Low mileage Preludes are tough to find, nevermind 4th gen VTECS. I love this car and would keep it but alas that will be tough to do. I encourage all interested parties to come check it out or contact me with questions
