2000 gsr seats in 92 hatch back

i'm trying to buy some 2000 gsr seats to put in my 92 hatch back. will these gsr seats fit in my car?

I believe you can bolt three of the bolts to the rail, the last one needs a little modyifing no big deal.

all 4 holes should bolt right up, no difference from a 2000 GSR to a 94 GSR. correct me if i'm wrong
