Default Replacing 98 accord wiper switch help!!!

How easy is this procedure? Does the steering wheel or air bag have to be removed? My switch looks like its glued shut for my wiper fluid, but everything else works perfect. Should i attempt at unsticking the switch??

remove the steering column shroud, then you'll have to turn the steering wheel to get to a screw, and then there is a tricky clip on the back. [pry out the case with a small screwdriver] ta daaa, old switch is gone
