Im looking for a DIY on removing a b18c1 block from my gsr
i need help on removing my block from my gsr and i was hoping you guys would post a link for one because i couldnt find one in a search. i already have the head off and it was sent to a local machine shop to be cleaned up and i wanna take the block out and leave the tranny in the car so it would be easier to check all my clearances and install the pistons and ****. any help would be appreciated thanks guys!

Leave the trans in, and take the block out? I don't think so.
You'll have More trouble trying to leave the trans in, then if you took it out along with the block.
