new cylinder head?
i have posted a question about my timing belt and camshaft being broken. whent he mechanic looked at my 93 vigor he told me that the timing and the belt were good but the camshaft broke.. he told me that there can be some bent valves that could have resulted from it...well basically, i just bought a used engine with 130K, my current having 159K, that my mechanic told me that all he has to do to fix the problem is to swap the entire cylinder head which will take care of any problems with the current cylinder head. he isnt replacing the entire engine because it will be too costly and unneccessary and the junk yard would only sell the engine and not the cylinder head seperate. so will the swapping of the cylinder heads be all i need???
