Front Rebar(bumper support) bolts?

Front Rebar(bumper support) bolts?
My car is a 1999 Honda Civic.
Does anyone know what kind of bolts are used to hold up the front rebar? I took off my front bumper and rebar and managed to lose the bolts.
Are they generic bolts that can be purchased at a hardware store.
Please advise, thanks.
