Default Questions about Suspension hardness and height

Just got my new Koni RSK suspenion installed to my 97 civic 4 doors. Trying hard to adjust the best performance for my ride, but just don't know how hard the front should be and the rear should be, is there a ratio? Front harder then rear? or both the same hardness. And how about height, should they be all even or either front or rear should be a bit higher?

Need help...

Thanks
