Default TBS effectiveness.<--- spelling owns me.

I have a 2002 accord v6 sedan. I am planning to install a helix throttle body spacer, but don't know if it will be effective. I have searched and read threads left and right, but I can not find a solid answer. Is the a throttle body spacer a effective modification or not? I hear it is, but not on this engine (j30 I believe)

In a word. No. All they do is make a hissing noise which some have equated to turbo spool. Never heard it, I dont want to hear it, I wouldn't get it. If you got 1hp out of it I'd be very surprised, plus the gaskets they provide suck.
