Default broken ripped shifter bushing - what to do?

ok, so i tried getting this bushing off the shift lever on the tranny and it broke. however, slhondaparts and hondaautomotiveparts don't have them in stock. they looked pressed in. anybody have any ideas what to do about this?

(under #31...it's in the shifter cable itself)

Remove the cables from the car and use a hydraulic press.

well, all the online places don't list even a part number for it.

using a press would require me to have a whole bushing. right now the bushing is in a million pieces.

anybody think that aftermarket shifter bushings would fit in there?

maybe i can use #4 and 17 and make it fit on the other side.

as far as i know all teh 90-97 accord and 92+ lude SHOULD be all teh same on that bushing. least i never had an issue putting 92 accord cables on a 94 lude tranny, 97 accord tranny or 96 lude cbales on a 99 lude tranny etc...
