if your talking about these, then no they are not oem honda. they are made for passwordjdm and are basically a replica.

They sold used oem JDM fenders before but I don't see them on the site now. I've got the used oem ones since I needed to replace my fenders. Good shape, no dents, paint was kinda shitty but I had to repaint them anyway.
