Just as the title states...

Do i need a resistor box to standard Blue Top DSM 450cc's?

I read on PGMFI that OBD2 cars dont come with a resistor box since stock honda injectors are saturated...

Is this true?

Or do i NOT need a resistor box to run these injectors since a 99 accord?

Also, will i have to get different clips? Or will the 99 accord clips fit the dsm 450cc bluetops?
