Engine bushings
I wanted to replace my engine bushings with some inserts. Unfortunatly, the shop I normally buy from (Point Zero Autosound, Waterloo, Ontario) told me they don't exist after waiting 1 week after I ordered it, even tho the energy suspension site as a part # (16.1104). So, I'm left without engine bushings and mine are so fucked they are taking the paint off my mount from it moving around. I need new bushings. I know the Energy Suspension only has the torque mounts. I want all of them replaced since mine are cracking and what not. I want upgraded one too, so no 'Go to honda' replies.
Does anyone else have a good company to get a full bushing kit from? I've always gotten energy suspension, but they don't make a full kit.
By the way, it's a D series, so I need D series mounts for the 90 Civic.

from what i understand, prothane makes inserts for all 4 engine mounts.
expect lots of increased vibration, especially at idle.
if you dont like dealing with the extra vibration, i put some pieces of rubber hose in my front engine mount of my EF and it effectively reduced torquing of the engine and nearly eliminated my wheel hop. and its pretty cheap too. i would not be able to stand the extra vibration of poly inserts. i only did the front engine mount and it was good enough.

Tyson speaks the truth......when I had a master bushing kit installed on my old crx and had some Enjo mounts
(yes i know, enjo) but they had the polyurethane bushings in there and it vibrated like crazy

That's too ghetto. Especially since it will be a wind squeezer soon (6-10 month from now). I might aswell get the good **** now when I'm working full time (student in the fall) and have time off to install them.

Thanks, I will have fun with the vibration. I can stand a little bit of vibration cause right now, the whole ******* care shakes violently all over the place, and is very annoying to drive.
