Default Spoon Inturment cluster install (UPDATE)

I gotta thank everyone who gave me the awesome advice to swap the electronic film on the back! It worked!!! Man...I can't imagine what I would do without H-T!! You guys are awesome!

Everything works except the safety belt and the door open lights (they are reversed on the OEM gauges) but that is minor and can be lived with...everything else is
When I pulled the bulbs off the back I noticed that they were Raybrig super whites....wow....great quality!

I thought I was going to have problems installing mine, but I didn't.

I guess wiring the entire car to 95 OBD1 wiring was a blessing in disguise.
All my lights work and operate fine on the Spoon cluster.

BTW, I have no OBD2-OBD1 issues with hard starting and too much fuel at startup.

So for USDM DC2, do we need a Spoon 96 Spec cluster or a 98 spec cluster?

To bad my Temperature and Gas gauge is NOT accurate on my Spoon Cluster!

Cal - Who is Mad, becase my Temperature never goes past 1/4 mark on the Spoon cluster. Plus, the gas gauge in UNACCURATE too.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

So both 98 Spec and 96 Spec cluster will fit onto a USDM DC2? I think there will be a few lights missing though, like the SRS ??? can anyone confirm that?

Is there any difference in appearance though?

The temp gauge is correct.
Mine barely goes to 1/4 hot. Figure out what 80 celsius is, and do the math.

As far as the gas gauge, I have no problems.
