Oil can leaking

so I have moroso oil can in my car, it was leaking oil like crazy though just my old K&N filter went bad, so I replace it put moroso filter on, still leaking oil.. what will be the problem? too much oil pressure?

How is it hooked up? Looks like its full, or too much pressure.

how long have you had the can in the car? Maybe shotty craftsmanship.
