i tried to see how fast my 92 lude with a jdm h22a1 would go and i get up to around 120 mph and then i can go no faster, i ws wondering if there is a way to remove it. i tired to search but came up with nothing, any help would be great

 

yes it shuts off at 120ish...its a jdm h22a, no 1 at the end...and h22a1 is USDM. Just so you know the USDM p13 has no governor, but the JDM p13 does.

 

get a P2, PR4, PO6,P72 ecu have it chipped with something like crome and disable the governer! yay...dun deal

 

there are alot of ways to remove it. most are complicated. some are my secrets. but the easiest is just to get a usdm p13.

 

so there is a way of removing it from the ecu then how is it done. it kinda sucks that my car governs out at 180 kmh, and i dont really have the cash to buy a new ecu casue i just finished my engine swap and bought two ecus casu the first company sent me the wrong one.

if there is a way to remove the governor can someone help me if noty does anyone have a usdm p13 for sale??

 

I believe the old field's VTEC controller and the apex rev meter both have govener diasable.
