what to gap my plugs?

I Bought a set of NGK's today for my turbo 97 acura integra with a b18b1. What gap should I run?

start out with .03-.035

F22 - single cam - non-vtec
NGK 2 step colder gapped at .030. Runs smooth as a baby's bottom, which is a lot due in part to the poster above me's tune,
