WTB: Good MPG vehicle for less than 1200$
My buddy is looking for a car to replace his Safari with and has 1200$ to put towards it.
It can be a shell for cheap, a swap for cheap, or a shell with a swap for cheap, or a running car for cheap. No matter what, the whole rig has to be done for less than 1200$ and it can't be a complete bucket -- ie, must be decently clean.
Let me know! He's in Wisconsin but I'm in Michigan, so either way is fine. Preferred to be near SW MI.
