Default Dash gauge swap

Honestly, I always hated the green glow on the dash. My dad had his Saab changed to blue and my friend's GTI is blue and something about it I just love.... Is there any way I can pull out all the stuff and easily chnage the backlighting from green to blue on the speedometer, fuel gauge, etc?

I have an 00 coupe

I utilized his installation services to great success.
