Default High pitched humm...please help

I have this high pitched humm that comes from my 94 integra. From the outside, it sounds like a brake problem, but I got those replaced and the car continues to make this annoying noise. This noise is not present until I turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, then the noise is constant, even when I'm driving straight. I also replaced the driver side axle. I don't know what it is, but if you have a good idea, please help! Oh yea...the noise stops when I press on the brakes...but I know that is not a brake problem.

could possibly be a bad wheel bearing. when accelerating, if the hum gets louder it's your wheel bearing
