Default how do you remove the crank timming gear

like it says how do you remove the crank timming gear off a b16?
its the gear right under the belt tensioner.

impact wrench will get that off in an instant. If you want to try yourself, put the car in gear and have someone hit the brakes.....it will lock up the engine and you can try to break it off with a ractchet or wrench, but remember it's held onto at over 125ft/lbs so tools can break pretty easily.

My car is a cali car, so no rust, and very little corrosion, it still took the impact gun to get the bolt off.

i just wanted to let everyone know that its not the crank pulley im talking about. its called the timming gear or the harmonic balancer which actually balances the crank to reduce vibrations in the block. its located inbetween the the crank pulley and the oilpump. the timming belt goes around this.
