Both of those use to receive vacuum via the intake tube..

Most people just leave them unhooked..

The bottom connection on the one that says UP
used to be connected where the white vacuum cap is..

the swap or the manifold?

a few ways to tell are the casting dates on the head. possibly the engine code (since you said it was from a 00) the ECU. but that manifold is definately an obd-0 88-91

i have a red top jdm b16a (the xsi model- VTEC is bigger than DOHC) and i don't have any dash spots on my intake manifold. Are they different in size and/or looks or do u think that i have a different intake manifold

You probably have a different inake manifold or motor or head....cause the obdo b16a's have dashpots...Maybe you have an obd1 motor? plus you never know with these motors man,,i recently found out i have 1g b16 block,2g b16 head,1g b16 integra intake manifold, and different valve cover,92-93 integra xsi tranny..Just stupid ****,,and this was supposed to be a straight B16a sir swap....It doesnt really matter though cause you dont need the dashpots anyway,,

Also what do you mean redtop? the only redtops are the type-r motors
