Default Question about PIAA

Hey guys, Im thinking of buying PIAA lights for my civic. I tried the Sylvania silverstar and cool blue and it wasnt what i was expecting. For the silverstar, it was a bit yellowish.. probably light yellow. I didnt give the pure white look. And for the cool blue, it was even worse. Also, when i installed the cool blue to my highbeam/DRL, i was expecting the DRL be blue or whitish, but it turned out to be yellow. Probably because it was receiving lower power when in DRL mode.
So i was thinking of buying the PIAA, since i heard that it is the closest to HID lamps. Any of u guys have PIAA on their civics can tell me if PIAA is worth the money? Does it really give white lights? And, if in DRL mode, is it still yellow, or white?
I hope u guys can help me on this cuz i grew frustrated changing the bulbs 4 times, til the plastic lock's hook of the fender broke off a bit.

Get the Osram silver stars, not the Sylvania ones. They are very very bright, that's probably why they do not sell them in the US.

Watch changing those bulbs. Before you screw something up, we have seen multiple switches and wiring harnesses melted from these bulbs!
