Default Little Electrical Problem

I was finishing a D16Z6 Swap on My 1993 Del Sol and I was connecting the battery cables and noticed that my clock, seatbelt, and parking brake light was already on. You could even roll the windows down and up and activate the climate controls.

Now I had not even put the key in the ignition at all as it was still in my pocket.
I havent been able to actually check out the problem, however while I was in class, I was thinking that it could be the ignition switch, starter, or the altenator. That's just my first best guess. What could it be?

I'm guessing it didn't do this prior to the swap.
did you do anything else other than the swap?

what your indicating could be a wiring issue between constant power and ignition power.
It could be the ignition switch, but doing a swap wouldn't cause it to go bad.

it's not the starter or alternator.

I was thinking that it could be one of the electrical components of the starter. It ddin't do this before the swap using my old D15B7 Harness. Could have happened while switching to the VTEC harness.
