Default what to do for the best shine...

recent paint.. less than a year old.. car was wet sanded and compouned but there is still some dull spots and swirls marks.. and some traces of orange peel..

should i wet sand areas again.. or whole car.. then compound..

or just polish and wax with a DA buffing pad or some hi speed buffer??

paint is nice other than a fell dull spots that i feel can be easilly fixed.. but dont know where to start

Orange peel, wet sand then buff. Careful.
Dull spots could be from you sanding or compounding through the clear coat. Got any pics?
To get rid of swirl marks, clay the car to get all the contamination off, then try buffing with a medium aggression foam pad and some light cut / polish. If you just polish the car, you will not totally get rid of swirls, more so just cover them.

well the dull spots are actually the clear just sanded and never compouned over with the buffer.. just small spots near the trim..

i think i will go over it one more time wit some wet sand then compound and polish

Make sure you tape the trim!

yes.. its hard to explain where the dull spots are .. but not on the trim.. just around certain areas.. and some lower areas like lower part of the door and under the side skirt..

what is the best thing to do for slight runs.. wet sand out and compound? have 2 small runs.
