Default Sway Bar Help (already searched)

i got a 1992 civic dx, i was given a 2000 civic ex front sway bar, and they gave me half the lower control arm, the part that has the whole for the mounting of the sway bar. i wanted to know if i can jus take off the same piece of my control arm, and put in the half of the Ex or do i need the whole lower control arm, and does it just bolt up or do i need to modify anything???

someone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe you can use a 2000 civic and all you have to do is just remove the 1/2 part from your dx and install the ex. then the sway bar. be careful not to mix them up. since it's only the 1/2. it is easy to reverse them, then the sway bar won't bolt up right, trust me i'm speaking through experience.
