True, but not very helpful.
You need everything from a PS car. You need the pump, bracket, lines, rack and I'm not sure but I think you need a part from the steering column.
Or you could just go .5kmh and it will feel like powersteering, it will also rob what little power the stock D series makes. It's up to you. It's alot of work for a little gain.

In this case it's Power Steering, in that it's a way of rating power.
You can add powersteering but yea as stated it's a total bitch to do so, and honestly not worth doing to a car like this.
