Default DC2 Question: Would bad sway bar bushings cause clanking from underneath car????

Ok, I'm getting some sort or rattling coming from the right side of my DC2 when I go over a certain bump. I had the sway bar links changed about 2 months ago so I know those are good. I checked my upper strut mounts and find that they are good. What I did find is that my upper ball joints are starting to get bad. I don't know if that would cause the rattling. Another person told me that it could be my sway bar bushings that are shot to **** already.

Would bad sway bar bushings cause this? It sounds like clanking.

I believe so....the front control arm bushings were done and the wheel bearings. after the bearings were done..that's when I started hearing the noise.

The loose ball joint would definitely make a rattling noise, but I dont know about clanking. Maybe if it was really worn out and had no grease left whatsoever. "Clanking" sounds to me like metal to metal contact somewhere...Even though the sway bar links look tight, especially when the car is jacked up, they might not be tight enough. Can you take the car back to where you had the wheel bearings done? Id make them find the new noise!
