Flywheel?
OK,
Here is the deal I just put i/h/e on my 94 EX still with the D16Z6 and I need to change the clutch soon.
I was thinking of putting on an lighter flywheel at the sametime I did the clutch.
My questions are:
Which Flywheel should I go with?
For those guy or gals that have one on already how better does the car run?
Also how faster is it in the 1/4 miles?
and last, Did you lose alot of your top end speed?

If you have good shift work you could get a lighter flywheel. The one that I use is the Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel, I use this one since they have replacement steel inserts.
If you don't shift quick you will loose rpm's much faster with a lighter flywheel.
I buy them from summit racing.

oooooooooooooooo, wow, learn somethign new every day..... That's what I've been looking for, how to drop my RPM's faster so I don't have to wait like 1.5 seconds inbetween shifts for the RPM's to fall to a point where I can shift w/o it jumin...been wonderin why I can do fast shifts fine w/ all my friend's high performance vehicles, just thought it was the way the tranny was O.o
