Default Stripped some stud holes...need some help

Yep, I stripped one of my exhaust manifold studs today as I was taking off my manifold...how do I fix this. I refuse to buy a new head and can not afford to if I wanted to, thanks for your help.

Did you strip the hole or the stud. I'm guessing you damaged the hole not the stud, so you need to buy a thread repair kit; Helicoil or Permacoil are both excellent brands. They both make a kit for the 8mm x 1.25mm hole and come with instructions for use. Use Loktite when you put it in though.
