I GOT THIS THING TO WORK!!!!!! Bought a new pump and plugged it up. Here are some pictures for u guyz. It way cooler in person trust me. Great for a pond big round fish tank etc..
$50. Pump cost $25 already.
Well once i first bought this i never thought i sell it but i need some money. Made out of REAL bamboo. The rear tube Pumps water into the back bamboo. Once water rises to the top of the bamboo the water comes out of the top tube spinning the wind mill which makes the man look like he is pumping the wheel. Each full spin of the wind mill will cause it to hits a small hammer in front making a cool clicking sound. Also on the side where the three bamboo are at is a small water fall stream that comes out to the bottom bamboo. This thing comes with the working pump.

Well i figured this is like a water fall in a way.
