yes everything was measured, and i do have the intermidiate half shalf, im stumped on this man, do i have to possibly change the strut fork for a bigger one or 5 speed one, but what im thinking is that there all the same. help!!!!

this might sound really dumb.. but we have to cover all the bases.. is your car jacked up off the sway bar link? because if it is it will create all sorts of issues when reasembling.. personally i would like to see it jacked up off the factory jack locations for better weight distribution.
well I guess you're not gonna take the pictures i suggested, so best bet is you have an auto tranny mounting bracket that needs to be replaced w/a manual one..... good luck fixin' your prob, buddy!

i don't know but make sure that the axle on the driver side is the axle for the manual transmission and that you're not using the automatic transmission axle...
oh yeah i know that there both for manual transmission i tried the automatic ones and they didnt fit, here are the pics killeraccord asked for see for yourself and tell me what wrong, open to suggestions and whatever

just a few more questions and observations;
is the shock fork securely bolted up to the shock itself as high as it will go on the shock assembly?? Because I noticed when doing my accords suspension that the fork has a tendancey to slide down the shock when you are resecuring the bolt in the back of the fork.. check and confirm this.
is the shock and spring assembly sitting nice and vertical? or is it on an odd angle?
are all the 3 bolts that hold the shock assembly secreuly tightened above under the hood
are those factory shocks/springs? or are they aftermarket? - not that this would matter i dont think.. just to know

yes it is bolt up securely to the shock, but i can double check to make sure, as for the angle of the suspension it looks to be in line nothing odd, all the top bolts are secured, and those are aftermarket shock and springs tokico blues and ground control coil overs.
Just as I thought....that side mount isn't straight. I would bet that if you loosened that bolt that you would start to see the axle straighten out. The manual tranny mount isn't that hard to get welded up and the piece is less than $40 (60831-SV6-K00ZZ)
thanks bro, i was thinking of getting that bracket welded up, but the mount is like that because its riped and shifted, but if i was to get the bracket were would i get at? honda!

I believe the shock/strut fork varies from Auto to Manual.
You might want to go check that out.
Besides that, I think you also may have bolted on the fork backwards.

no, the forks are the same from auto to manual so he doesn't need to change the forks. Also the forks are bolted on the right way, the straight part goes to the back and the curved part goes towards the front.
I agree with KillerAccord, get that tranny mount corrected and you'll probably see the axle problem solved. With the mount shifted like that, it seems like thats what would cause the motor to shift slightly and put the axle at that angle. I mean if you think about it, it makes sence. The passenger side of the motor is shifted backward in the engine bay which could in turn shift the opposite side, the driver side, toward the front of the engine bay. With the driver side of the motor shifted towards the front of the engine bay that would move that axle forward as well which would put it at that angle. Whats the passenger side axle look like? Does it sit slightly further to the back (straight side) of the fork?

Couldn't you just take off the mount, put some window weld to make it a solid mount and maybe if needed put some washers in there to keep it from shifting back? Just a thought.
