what you could do is find out the size of the pipes, get an extension on those pipes so that it will fit, but thats a major PITA IMHO. You could get a single exhaust and pipes for less than 300 bucks installed at any local shop, I'm having mine redone with an Apexi WS2 muffler and single 2.5" piping for $290 by a respectable exhaust shop.

I seroursly dought an exhaust from a Civic is going to fit an Accord or visa-versa.

Here is a diagram from a 2005 Civic 2Dr.

As you can see, the pipes bend differently. Don't know about the length but I would guess thats different as well.

But if you'd like, just take the car and the exhaust to a muffler shop and have them lift the car up and compair the two. That way you can see right then and there if it'll work or not.

If I were you, I'd just take the muffler from that setup, its probably a Greddy EVO2 or TT muffler or something, and go to your local exhaust shop and get the pipes done. The pipes will cost you no more than 100 dollars for 2.5" or 2.25". Then see if you can barter with them and try to sell them the pipes and get the work done for free.
