Have anyone try Swapping TL-S cam or CL-S cam into a +98 accord v6 will it fit the 98 V6 accord?? Does this give the car more power gain and can you give me a rough estamate??? I know that You need the front camshaft (Type-S) rear camshaft (Type-S) cam seals (2) valve cover gaskets (2). Do you guys know if the TL-S or CL-S Intake manifold will fit too???
intake valve springs (Type-S). Do you guys also know where I can buy Cheap Acura product???

I doubt this will work. How do CL Type-S cams have an advantage over stock J30 cams?

 

I dont know that Why I ask.. A local Performance shop told me that TL-S and CL-S cam will fit the J30 engine and give it a slight gain in TQ and Horspower...

 

It is a J series engine so it should work. As for power gains since the Type S motors are calibrated more for power than economy (unlike the Accord V6 motor) the cams should give a power increase just like if you were to add Civic Type R cams to a Civic Si Motor. Same principle really and I have been looking into this oh yeah and putting higher compression ratio pistons into my block as well
