Default 2002 Honda Cbr600 F4i Cold Idle Problems

Can someone help me with this:
Seems like the bike is running too rich at cold Idle.
Once the Operatiing temp gets to about 154 the bike runs great and idles smooth.
I do Have a aftermarket slip on Exhaust and a dynatuner, I also have a Aftermarket air filter.
I use the yoshimura dynatuner map settings and the race accellerator pump settings.
The bike ran fine and just started acting like this a few months ago.
I have already spoken to the dynatuner people a few times with no help.

thanks in advance

What changes were made to the bike a few months ago?

Easiest thing would be to delete the variables and go from there.

I'll explain what currently happens:
I start it in the morning and it runs for 1 minute then dies, After that its hard to start, like it floods itself out. After 154 Deg F it purr's like a kitten.
Nothing has changed for the past year or so.
I have a Yoshi Slip on Pipe and a Air filter and A power commander.
No settings have changed, and I have spoken to Power Commander tech support.
I have pulled the bike apart and cleaned everything, but the cold issue still exists.
The local moto shop says its the spark plugs, I dont actually believe them.
I keep the air filter clean. Most tend to say its the power commander, but It worked fine for so long, and I dont tinker with it at all. I'm so confused...

could be spark plugs.
How many miles are on the bike? On the plugs?

What should the Rpms be at for Cold Idle, I believe they are about 1200-1500 rpm's. When the bike is warm it seems to run at faster rpm's

the idle should be 1300 +/- 100rpms. Cold idle is different because the F4i has an automatic choke, so the rpms should climb for a while until the bike starts to show temp.

yeh my bike idles around 2000-2500 for about 45 seconds when its cold and been sitting....which i found wierd cause non of my other FI bikes did that, doesn't bother me, settles right down once it starts showing temp.
