s2000 head unit, does it work on integra's?

s2000 head unit, does it work on integra's?
there is a guy selling a s2000 head unit and im interested in picking it up. but i dont want to pick it up if our existing wire harness doesnt bolt right into the s2000 head unit. and i want to know if it bolts right into the dash w/o any mods?
