Only part of track prep I don't mind :p
Heading to Putnam this weekend and just took care of the only part of track prep I don't mind. A nice coat of wax. Of course I snapped a couple.

PCA.
I'll be back there instructing the last weekend in August with Windy City Chapter BMW CCA, for their first ever event there. I go there every April with Hoosier Chapter BMW CCA.
Fun track. Safe (like GingerMan, with lots of runoff room) but lots more flow between turns.

how do you do it?
i wash with meguiers car wash, then i wax with the meguiers "tech" wax, i dont know iof i am doing it right though, i only put one coat on....but i dont think my car ever looks that good...

LOL I didn't have any carwash had to use Palmolive As for wax I swear by Mother's California Gold 100% carnuba, does the job w/ just one coat.
