Now my parking light went out, so I've looked at the manual and removed the screw. It says that the pod should just wiggle out now, but I can't get it out. I've tried both sides just to see if one side was jammed. I couldn't get either side out and I didn't want to break anything. So has anyone removed the parking light on a 4th gen?

 

It will wiggle out, the two lights are basically used to brace against one another, I believe the ones closest to the middle of the bumper come out first.

 

The parking light are the furthest out lights on each side of the headlights...they're both equally close to the middle of the bumper. Anyone else have advice?

 

I usually push the light with the palm of my hand. you have to strike it or push it towards the front of the car. the light has pegs that go straight in from the front. becarefull not to damage the light or the plastic mount when taking them out.
