Hasports rsx type s powered civic [B]NEW[/B] si
This might be way old news but I just found out about it today. Has anyone seen it. My buddy just called me from the Ias today and told me about it. The next gen of hybrids chas already begun.

yep,..they are still waiting for motor mounts,..
THE NEW CR/VTEC is the ****,..new CRV block w/ Type-S head,..its supposed to put down like 240-280hp to the wheels!!!!!!!!

Will a Type S head even fit onto a b20 block? Also what type of motor is in the new si's? Weren't they supposed to get a detuned version of the Type S engine?

hey yall...the 2002 si's come with a detuned version of the rsx and rsx-s moter.......the only reason it puts out 160 instead of the 200 hp rsx is because it would infringe on the rsx's market.....come on a 200hp SI HB for 19,000 or a RSX-s for 25,000

Here is the full scoop:
The Type S motor is the first phase and is done.
The K24 block is the second (engine) phase and should occur in May.
The third phase is forced induction, June or July.
The side project is the bolt in kit for 2001 Civics with the K series engines first and B-series engines next.
